Benefit Enrollment Wizard

The Benefit Enrollment Wizard is an easy-to-use tool designed to assist you with enrolling in your company's various benefit plans.  The Wizard will take you through each step of the process with 1-2-3 simplicity. Just follow the instructions on each page, and click on the buttons at the top of the page as you complete each step.

The steps required will depend on the transaction type you requested and the benefit options available to you. These steps are determined automatically for you, and are displayed on the left side of the screen in a vertical "progress bar."  As you complete each step, the progress bar will indicate your progress by changing colors. You cannot skip any steps, so it is not possible to jump ahead (or backwards) by clicking on the progress bar. You must use the navigation buttons at the top of the screen to move though each step. The various navigation buttons are described below.

When you begin the Benefit Enrollment Wizard, a temporary Benefit Enrollment Form or Personal Change Form is created in the background with all of the relevant information already filled in with current information. As you complete each step, the temporary form is updated with any new information you enter. The temporary form can be reviewed at any time by clicking on the Review button. This temporary form will not be processed until you complete all steps. In the final step, you must review your changes, sign the form electronically by re-entering your password, and click the Submit button shown on the final review step.

After you click on the final Submit button, the temporary form will be submitted to the Human Resources department for review. Human Resources will notify you by email, phone, or other means if any additional information is required. If your request is rejected for any reason, you will be promptly notified. If it is approved, your request will be processed and the results will be updated on the Internet.

You will not be allowed to use the Benefit Enrollment Wizard while a previous submission is pending. If you need to make a change during this time, please contact your Human Resources department.

Navigation Buttons

Terminates the Benefit Enrollment Wizard and discard any changes you have made.
Returns you all the way back to the first step. Changes to the current step will be saved to the temporary form.
Backs up to the previous step. Changes to the current step will be saved to the temporary form.
Discards the most recent changes you have made to the current step only, provided you have not yet saved the changes by clicking on one of the other navigation buttons.
Saves changes you have made within the current step to the temporary form. 
Displays the temporary Benefit Enrollment Form or Personal Change Form with any changes you have made. If you have made changes to the current step, they will not appear on the form unless you first click Save
Continues to the next step in the Wizard. Changes to the current step will be saved to the temporary form.
